The election was held on Tuesday, November 4th, 2025. The City of De Soto had 3 seats open for the 2026-2030 term. <\/strong>The results were as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mayor<\/strong>: Mitch Crozier. (Re-elected for a second term.)
City Council<\/strong>: Amanda Eckstein & Ivan Olson. (Formerly held by Josh Minton & Wade Fox.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

De Soto residents can vote at the De Soto United Methodist Church – 421 Dallas Street from 7 am to 8 pm. Voting day is always the Tuesday that follows the first Monday of November.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you are a resident interested in running for a seat on our council during any election, you must complete an application form and obtain a list of resident’s signatures before the deadline in mid-September.
