Established in 1868, De Soto has always taken great pride in our small town values. De Soto continues to possess a strong character built upon a solid foundation by our Community Leaders along with the Library, Police, Fire, and Public Works departments. Come up to De Soto City Hall on 1st and 3rd Mondays of every month for assistance provided by the Salvation Army Mobile Social Service Center. They are currently offering assistance with Food, Financial Assistance, Hygiene, Home Goods, and more.
