Salary Range: $70,000 – $90,000 based on experience

JOB PURPOSE: Direct the police department’s operations by supervising officers and staff, managing
budgets, and establishing policies and procedures. Foster strong relationships with the community,
address public concerns, and work to build trust and collaboration between the police and residents.
