Food Rescue is a great program that usually happens twice a month. Local grocery stores donate some food to our city to prevent things near expiration to go to waste. Any resident that could use a few groceries is welcome to stop by the library and pick up free food like fresh produce, and occasionally flowers too! Stop in before the library closes on Thursday nights at 8, bring a bag, and grab some goodies!
